Instapium is a Mac app that drives the iPhones on your desk. Do an Instagram routine once on a phone's mirrored screen; Instapium replays it with human timing on every phone you plug in.
Tap through a routine on the mirrored screen. Instapium remembers the elements you touched, not just where your finger was, so a recording survives small layout changes.
Pauses vary, swipes follow a curve, and a screen that isn't the one you recorded stops the run instead of tapping blind.
Point a Google Sheet at it and each phone pulls its next photo or reel by itself, marking the row as it goes.
No Xcode, no developer tooling. Sign in with your Apple ID and the app prepares each phone the first time you connect it.
